Please read Birthday Party “RULES & REGULATIONS” before you fill out the online form.
PARTY PACKAGES: You will have 3 party packages to choose from. Parties are normally given during our Saturday and Sunday afternoon sessions. You may have your party during any public session, however, the pricing will be higher if it is an evening party. Please see our packages for pricing.
BOOKING YOUR PARTY: Its best to book your party on-line. If you are calling in or come in to schedule your party you MUST sign a Birthday Rules and Regulations form in order for us to book your party. All party packages are for 10 or less skaters (including the birthday child). You may add skaters at the “per person” price from the package you choose. Please see our packages for pricing. In the event not all 10 skaters of your paid Birthday Party guests come in, you may add a parents name to your list, they will get a wrist band and be able to skate.
BIRTHDAY PARTY GUEST LIST: You must bring a list of all the guests you are willing to pay for if they show up (usually its all the kids you invited) (Parents and Grand Parents may enter and WATCH for free…see Entry Fee below). You will pay for the first 10 at the door, then, if any other guests arrive we will check them off your list and let you know how many (over the initial 10) came in so you can pay for them at that time.
ENTRY FEE: We have an entry fee that everyone must pay to enter the building, however, all Parents and Grandparents of a paid party guest or skater may enter and watch for free BUT, EVERYONE ELSE MUST PAY TO ENTER. Any children 2 years old and under may enter for free if they are NOT skating. In the event that a parent, grandparent or child under 2 decides to skate, they must pay the entry fee plus skate rental (unless they have their own skates). Entry fees vary depending on the time and day you skate.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK IS ALLOWED IN: You may bring a cake or cupcakes (IF YOU ORDER A PARTY PACKAGE ONLY) but NO OTHER OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS ARE ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING.
SNACK BAR: We have an ALL CASH snack bar (no bills over $20.00). You may order additional food for your party there. Let them know which party you are with and they will bring the additional food to your table. You will have the ability to use an ATM card at the DJ booth/Box Office, they can swipe your card and give you the cash back.
DECORATIONS: We supply a happy birthday banner, the table covering, cups, plates, napkins and utensils. You may bring your own but it does not change the price of the package. We do not allow streamers or confetti but you can bring balloons. You must take the balloons with you or pop them and throw them away when you leave. You may provide goodie bags, however, we ask that you give them to the kids on their way out. Any candy items must be individually wrapped, no loose candy is allowed. Small toys and novelties are best.
DEPOSIT: A $20.00 Non-Refundable Deposit required to guarantee your party time and date. This must be paid a week before your party day or you may be bumped.
ARRIVING EARLY: You may arrive early to “check-in”. When our Box Office is ready to start selling tickets (which may be before the session begins) you may be able to get checked in and wait in the lobby. NO early admittance is allowed.
